glad that you're here. I've been thinking about this Memorial Day and the withdrawal of troops from

Afghanistan. And wondering if you would mind to start by telling us, I think a lot of people know

that you were an Army Intelligence Officer who voluntarily served in Afghanistan. I wonder if you

would mind to tell us about just what a day on the ground there was like and what were you thinking

about while you were there every day. Sure, great question. So I can tell you what a day on the

ground was like for me. My job was a little unique. I was an intelligence officer as you mentioned.

And my job was anti-corruption and anti-SB notch investigations, which is to say it was my job to

figure out which bad guys were intended to be good guys within the Afghan government, Afghan
