closing time because we are in the closing argument phase of this campaign and in fact it is it is a

fascinating I actually think it's fascinating how both campaigns are closing and we're going to get to that in a few minutes

and it also means it's time for some heavyweight analysis which means my guest today's

Amy Walter she's the publisher and editor-in-chief of the Cook political report with

Amy Walter she's also a host of the podcast called The Odd Years.

I think one would argue, even though we're an even-numbered year, this has been one Odd Year.

We're going to dig into her latest analysis,

including their decision to move the Pennsylvania

center race from lean to toss-up.
