How's going, my friend?

It is a lovely, sunny day in Los Angeles, and we haven't had enough of those this week,

so all is nifty. How you doing? As we record this, the first spring training game of the season

is airing. I am pumped. Baseball is back. Not on my TV. My TV is currently off, but certainly

looking out the window, it looks like spring training season, and that's encouraging, as opposed to what it looked like it was biblical flooding season at the beginning of the week. So, yay.

Not so much of panic. Entirely reasonable.

Yes. Well, without further ado, let's kick things off with what we usually do.

We'll start off with headlines.

Number one.

Hulu has picked up the half-hour comedy series, Chad Powers, based on the sketch that aired on ESPN Plus,

from co-creators Glenn Powell and Loki showrunner Michael Waldron.

Powell will star in the comedy, which counts Peyton and Eli Manning as executive producers.

Elsewhere, Netflix is reteaming with made creator Molly Smith Metzler for a new limited series.

This one called Sirens, which explores women, power, and class.

That would be former TV's top five guest, Michael Waldron, not former TV's top five guest,

Molly Smith Metzler.

And not for lack of trying, but whatever.

Indeed, true story.

Made really good show, incidentally, but neither here nor there.
