1979 in Ames, Iowa. Amy went to college for nursing, and after graduating, she got a job as an

RN with St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. After just a few years there, she transferred to the

ER at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester.

And this is where she was working in 2003 when she met a man named Todd Mullis.
