When 24-year-old Amy Bradley disappeared in the thin air, while on a family vacation aboard the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Rhapsody of the Seas, her mom, dad, and brother were left panicked, desperate for answers.

And they certainly didn't feel they got any help from the ship's officers on the morning she

vanished. On the last episode, we walked you through what we know happened in Amy's final hours

aboard the Rhapsody of the Sea. We analyzed Amy's movements leading up to the narrow window

in which she went missing. Now, this was right between sunrise and the ship's arrival

in the port of Carousel.

Now, we laid out her background, her family dynamics,

and talked about her dancing closely on deck with Yellow, a member of the ship's band.

We also exposed the critical missteps in the first hours that she was gone.

Now, her family's cabin was actually cleaned by the ship's staff before investigators could even process it.

It was not treated as a crime scene at all. The ship refused to announce

Amy's disappearance on board and allowed thousands of passengers to just walk off the ship

before anyone realized the severity of what was unfolding.

Now, today, this story continues without Amy.

From this point on, she's like a ghost.

As multiple witnesses and dozens of clues emerge, it feels like Amy is out there.

Her family certainly believes she's out there.

They feel like she's close enough to touch, but just out of reach.

And you can just imagine the frustration of this family.

She's there one minute.

Everybody's celebrating. This is a close family. And then in the blink of an eye, she's just gone off a ship. And her father is feeling so much guilt and pain because he saw her out on the balcony from his bed.

He could see out through a window, out through a sliding door, and could see her feet out there.
