I did have some wine earlier.

I'm stressed about this house.

I thought I would be moving into the house originally August 15th.

And then I thought September 1st.

Now we're looking like September 15th. I'm very grateful for the time that I spent in the DMV. It's time to get out of here, though. I just, you know, I'm paying a mortgage on a space that I can't live in. And I'm paying good money for these renovations. Like, I need this to be over with so I could actually, you know, live again. Because all my money goes to, I had to buy new toilets. I had to buy a faucet.

I was like, the faucet cost what? I got a whole new respect

for anybody that owns anything. And anybody has ever done renovations to anything, too. Like,

it is not cheap. It is, it is a process. We haven't even gotten to like the actual furniture and whatnot.

I was trying to get the house completely renovated and furnished before I leave to go back overseas.

But clearly that's not going to happen. I think best case scenario, I might be able to move my boxes in.

So at least like my parents' basement won't be a storage facility, but my house

will. That's paying a lot for essentially a storage space. Such as life. Speaking of going back

overseas, as promised and planned, I am launching the Seaston World Trips for 2026 on August 14th.

So you should get this episode on August 13th. Hopefully you listen on the first day. Otherwise, I don't know if the trip will be available to you. Those tend to go pretty fast. I mean, it's only one though. Usually when it's only one trip, they sell out. I think the last one was 15 minutes. And that's because we added all the legal stuff that you got to read before you can actually sign up for the trip.
