1:14.1	I didn't expect to have that much actionable takeaway wisdom from a book. It's actually a pretty
1:21.5	short book. It's small. And it's from a Native American train tracker who has a lot of wisdom
1:28.9	surrounding meditation and just spirituality in general. He's actually his method is what I adopted
