When I look out into the world at the people that I want to learn from over the next few years,

Dr. Joe D'Spenza is at the top of that list. And we started this podcast with a meditation.

And one of the reasons why I want to learn so much from Dr. D'Spenza is that it is difficult

for me to access those deep feelings of gratitude and to project myself into those future states

that I want to call into my own future reality. So not only as a meditation coach,

not only as someone who understands the human body and our ability to affect the human body with

the mind, but also someone who can help me access those deep feelings of joy and gratitude

and passion and love for life. So the podcast jumps in right after that meditation. And I hope you

guys enjoy it. It was one of my favorites. One of the interesting things that happens for me and

I've been so blessed, you know, truly been so blessed with so many things in my life. But

some part of me has prevented, restricted myself from really feeling that passion and love

for the life that I live, even though it's played out like I wrote it down and dreamed it. And it

couldn't have been better. But some part of me has been holding back, maybe waiting for that

next thing that's going to come that I have to be prepared for or whatever. And so when

even going through this meditation, I feel that passion, I feel that love, I feel tears start

to well in my eyes. And part of that is part of the appreciation, but part of that is linked with

some sadness of like, wow, this was here this whole time. And I haven't been feeling it.

Yeah. And that's and that's a great moment. I think a lot of people, they just they are who they

practice to be. So if you practice gratitude, then you will be grateful. If you practice like

against all odds, opening your heart, when no one else will, that's supernatural. And it gets

easier to do it in situations that require less effort to do it. And I think that people like you'll

you know, we'll have a thousand people at this event coming from all over the world and they'll
