It's been a long time that we have spoken about Pillar 1, but there's a lot of updates going

on, so it will have a good momentum to have this podcast.

My name is still Peter and I'm

welcoming Stefan, Jill and Jil and Jens in my recording studio. Stefan is well known for all of you.

He speaks frequently in this podcast for those who are still new to the podcast. Stefan is actually

a senior council in our team. He's former part of the Belgian tax administration and he has spent

several years at the OECD. He's the true expert here to talk about a lot of these developments.

In addition, we have Jill. Jill is director in a transpricing practice with a particular focus on

amongst others, business transformations. And I'm also welcoming Jans. Jens is also a director

in our team and he has been assisting M&Es in all kinds of trans-pricing matters for over 10 years.

He's also closely monitoring all these developments in the context of the OCD, Pillar 1,

amount A and B. So with this audience, I have the perfect group of people to talk about pillar one, amount

B.

It has been quite a little bit on amount B and pillar one in general, I think, and pillar

two was taking over.

But now, amount B, a paper came out in July, and we want to talk about this in the podcast,

not only because this paper came out, but also because in the past months, we have had

several discussions with clients on this topic, and we want to share a little bit about that.
