celeb level speaker, and author, Aminatu is openly and joyfully ambitious,

and she makes absolutely no apologies about her desire to get rich.

And why should she?

In Aminatu's view, ambition doesn't mean competition.

She has zero interest in beating other women to the top.

In fact, as she often states in the many

interviews she does at publications like the New York Times, she wants us all to get there with her.

And isn't that what girlfriends are for? Shocking as it may be, it's an unorthodox approach.

And it's working like gangbusters. In 2012, Aminatu co-founded the networking group, Tech Lady Mafia, with her friend,

Erie Meyer, and its membership has since grown to thousands.

In 2014, she launched the podcast Call Your Girlfriend, with Best Friend and co-host Anne Friedman.

And today, it's not just one of the most popular podcasts among women, but one of the highest-ranked podcasts, period.

Amanatu and Anne advocate shine theory in which women and girls actively invest in each other's personal and professional well-being,

treating each other as collaborators rather than competitors.

Today, Aminatu is everywhere, in the New York Times, at the top of the iTunes

charts, interviewing other powerhouses like Hillary Clinton and Rebecca Traster, broadcasting
