He was a man that was arrested, having fled the scene of the assassination attempt.

He actually had a court appearance on Monday morning. He didn't say much. It was more just to present the charges against him. And the charges against him aren't directly related to an assassination attempt, therefore possession of a firearm

with a criminal conviction and possession of a firearm that has an obliterated serial number.
