Hey, everyone, welcome to from the kitchen table. I'm your host, Sean Duffy, along with my co-host for the podcast, but also my partner in life, Rachel Campos Duffy.

Thank you, Sean. It's great to be back at the kitchen table.

It is. And you know, you and I talk a lot about policies that are implemented by politicians

and the impact that it has on people. And do politicians make good decisions that help people

or are they making bad decisions that are hurting

people? And one of the common conversations that we have at the kitchen table is about this alarmism

that's happening around global warming and the liberal's policies that are hurting so many

Americans by driving up gas prices. It's become unaffordable at the pump, driving up food prices.

A lot of problems are taking place in the country in regard to inflation.

There's other issues like the border that's a crisis, crime is a crisis in America.

And if you want to fix problems, Rachel, you actually got to recognize that a problem exists to want to fix it.

And so Joe Biden, you don't hear him very often, given an impassioned speech, talking about the crises that America faces.

But today we finally got Joe Biden to show some passion and energy about the crises that we face.

But it wasn't the crises that you and I talk about. Let's listen to Biden.

I come here today with a message. As president and I have a responsibility to act with urgency

and resolve when our nation faces clear and present danger. And that's what climate change is about.

It is literally not figuratively a clear and present danger. The health of our citizens and our

communities is literally at stake. The UN's leading

international climate scientists call the latest climate report, nothing less than quote,

code red for humanity. Let me say it again. Code red for humanity. Rachel, the American family is

having a code red right now. They can't buy food.

They can't get in their car.
