The total household debt hit a new high, $18.6 trillion.

Young adults have been hit the hardest. Their delinquency rate for people

age 18 to 29 rose 5%. So what are they having the most debt on? Well, mortgage is the top debt.

Okay. So this does include mortgages. Okay. Followed by auto, student loan debt, and then credit card debt.

Okay, so the first two, let's address the first two.

Because those don't concern me as much unless your house poor.

But I would think people are much more likely to be underwater in their car than their house because of depreciation. on a house, but if the actual value is Y and Y is bigger than X, yes, you have debt, but that is

it's an asset that you can and will eventually make money on.
