2024 I'm doing well you know a few days ago I watched an excellent CNN documentary about

the tumultuous year of 1968 in America and there was an entire episode devoted to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago,

which was marred by all these incidents involving the police and anti-Vietnam war protesters.

There were echoes of that with this convention with the whole

Israel-Palestine situation, but based on your posts on X it seems like you're

having a pretty good time out there.

Ah yes, we're full of joy over here in Chicago. It's going great. I am here at the DNC

for those that have watched and listened over the years and certainly of late you'll know that I went to Milwaukee for the RNC and I said I'm a glutton for punishment and I want to go satisfy

that curiosity or morbid curiosity depending on how you look at it and I am here for the week. It's been great

Mossy from a from a safety perspective and security perspective I can tell you

that they have it locked down police everywhere, the eye can see, a security gates, all the different things.

And while there are protesters, it's not, and knock on wood, because we still got a few more days. It hasn't been anything

violent or dangerous that I that I have seen everybody has been wonderful I've had a wonderful time in the same way that when I was in Milwaukee

It's an interesting glimpse under the hood and yeah you know it's preaching to the choir when you're at these conventions

but it's still fascinating to meet everybody and to hear the people, not just the people

in the arena that are speaking on the program, but also to go to different things.
