3:05pm- On Thursday, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee held its first impeachment inquiry hearing into President Joe Biden’s alleged improper role in his family’s overseas business deals. George Washington University Law professor Jonathan Turley testified that the current evidence would not support articles of impeachment against the president. However, he confirmed that the inquiry to collect more evidence is justifiable. 3:15pm- According to a new survey from the Golden Gate Restaurant Association, only 3% of San Francisco restaurants have not experienced vandalism or theft in the last month. 3:30pm- Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has died at age 90—she won her seat in 1992 and was the oldest sitting member of the U.S. Senate at the time of her death. Earlier this year, Feinstein had been absent from the Senate for several months while recovering from shingles. In an interview conducted prior to Feinstein’s passing, Governor Gavin Newsome (D-CA) vowed to appoint a black woman to replace Feinstein in the event she resigned. 3:50pm- On Friday, Duane Keith Davis was taken into custody by police. He has been indicted on murder charges for his connection to the 1996 shooting death of rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas, Nevada. The drive-by shooting occurred following an altercation at a Mike Tyson fight which took place at the MGM Grand Casino.

4:05pm- Rachel Zegler, who is playing Snow White in Disney’s remake of the 1937 cartoon, has been promoting the new movie by slamming the classic film. In one red carpet interview, Zegler accused the movie’s prince of being a “stalker.” Is there any chance this live-action version of Snow White isn’t “woke” and terrible?

4:15pm- Tesla CEO Elon Musk visited the U.S. Southern border in Eagle Pass, Texas where he spoke with Sheriff Randy Brown and Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX). During the conversation, which was live streamed on social media, Musk revealed that the unprecedented number of illegal border crossings could result in over 700,000 migrants entering the U.S. via Eagle Pass alone—a number greater than the entire population of Wyoming.

4:20pm- While appearing on CNBC, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said that the sudden increase in unlawful border crossings is a good thing for New York—as it will help with labor shortages.

4:25pm- While speaking with the press on Capitol Hill, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) noted that President Joe Biden has had more dinners with Hunter Biden business partners than trips to the U.S. Southern border.

5:25pm- Social media influencer “Meatball” was arrested for her participation in wide-spread looting in Philadelphia on Tuesday night. Dayja “Meatball” Blackwell, who has nearly 500,000 followers on TikTok, was charged with 6 felonies and spent the day in prison. In a video posted to Instagram, Meatball said her brief experience in jail was “traumatizing.”

Video showed the men grabbing fistfuls of clothes…how were the two female employees rewarded? Given a bonus? Applauded for their bravery?
