Okay, our Ask Me Anything, Series continues. I'm coming at you live from California A. San Francisco behind me is Grace Cathedral. I'm right here on Knob Hill which is kind of a central San Francisco place

It's not like a Tai Chi. There's something going on. I'm not sure exactly what's going on,

but I wanted to answer a couple questions that people have been asking me about how I feel about America.

You know, I'm quick to kind of slam the Americans.

I live in London now for 13 years. I consider myself a Londoner.

I have a lot of London sensibilities and I always joke that Americans,

they have no class and all that stuff.

And you know, when I see the way they dress around here,

sometimes I do think they could use a little British sensibility.

But I'm inherently an American, and I always will be.

And I grew up in America, and I have adopted all these cultural values that I don't even think twice about sometimes that make me who I am.

And there's something I noticed coming through customs in San Francisco that reminded me of one of the great things about America and quite frankly it was the immigration forms that you would

Fill out normally in order to get through customs and they've really

raised their game in the last couple years. I went to LA in January and then I was here

this time and they've got it now electronic you don't have to write down any forms you

take your own picture it guessed what flight I was on and the whole thing was

smooth and seamless the agents were really courteous. And one thing I noticed

when I left LA last time, it even said, how did the TSA treat you? Tweet us. And it was just things that are inconceivable in my opinion for certain

European airports or some of these like entrenched governments to ever improve or think about customer service but it's something that Americans

think of and it deep in their hearts like about customer service and how can we

make our product better and how can we be better because I believe it's something in America about us since we a lot of
