| 1:03.0 | that it can almost do whatever it wants. |
| 1:04.9 | I think there's a lot of danger in a one-party state. |
| 1:06.4 | I think you see that also in Oklahoma on the other side. |
| 1:08.4 | But because the Democrats had such control, |
| 1:10.8 | the law was essentially written by the AFL-C-I-O that we later learned this. |
| 1:15.7 | And of course, labor unions require there to be an employment relationship. |
| 1:20.7 | For a very long time, labor unions, you know, they don't like independent contractors. |
| 1:25.1 | Just think about Uber versus say the union of taxi cab drivers. |
| 1:30.1 | Labor unions need there to be an employer to even have labor unions. |
| 1:33.2 | Labor unions view the gig economy is almost an existential threat. |
