I talked a lot about slow TV.

I mean, I went on and on about how it could help us as individuals, help our society,

be even like, save our democracy.

So yeah, I got on a bit of a soapbox about it.

Just would not let it go.

And the hosts of the show, Yahweh and Kia, probably to get me off of my soapbox, threw

down a challenge.
