In this episode we'll be concluding our three-part look at the case of the Kentucky

Goblins.

In part one, we related the story of the Sutton family whose small Kentucky farm was apparently

invaded by mysterious creatures one hot summer night in August of 1955.

In part two, we talked with skeptical investigator Joe Nickle about his naturalistic explanation for the events of that night.

Joe concluded that the natural creature which most closely

matches the verbal descriptions of the creatures that night was a great horned owl.

But if you enjoy scary stories and think about the drawings made by the sketch artist shortly after the sightings,

you'll likely find the idea that two territorial owls could be confused for a weird group of goblin-like entities, unlikely.
