So here you go. Today we're going to talk about American football.

A couple reasons to learn about American football. Number one, a lot of idioms, there are a good number of idioms and vocabulary

connected to American football that we use very commonly that Americans,

and really North Americans because

Canada, Canadians, they have an American football league also so they understand the

rules of football too. So we have certain idioms, you know, that are connected to, you know, the game.

Kick off is the one we're going to learn today. Kick off. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to teach you

some of the basic rules of American football because American football season is starting, oh, let me think, probably about five or six weeks.
