America is covered in food that looks awesome but tastes awful.

It looks alive, but it tastes dead.

Like gigantic strawberries with no sweetness.

Or perfect-looking peaches that crunch like apples.

Millions of acres of chemically soaked farmland where forests and wildflowers, birds, bees, and

rich black soil have been bulldozed into lifeless dirt for corporate cash. For years, we've treated

God's creation like a factory instead of a garden.

But now something really cool is happening.

All across America, farmers are beginning to get rid of the chemicals,

heal the soil, restore the land, and bring dead dirt back to life.

I think it's super cool.

And honestly, I think this movement may hold the secret not only to

healing our food, but healing our churches and maybe even the soul of America itself. So you already

know that I'm kind of a farmer at heart. I've got a couple dozen chickens in my backyard. I'm

looking to restore the soil regenerative farming is all the craze right now.

And I think it's for good reason.

For decades, giant agricultural systems have treated land like a machine.

Millions of acres planted with only corn or soybeans, and the native grasses

are destroyed. So is all of the wildlife that used to live there, all the birds and the squirrels

and the rabbits and all of the worms and all of the microorganisms within the soil that God

put there to make it healthy.
