0:23.1	Biden and oil, that is the subject of this evening's talking points. Memma, well, so Mr. Biden
0:31.2	is not going to buy any more oil from Russia. And that's good. That's good. Unlike some of the
0:39.0	other people in the media, I think Joe Biden is doing a pretty good job in this very difficult
0:45.5	situation. The run up to it is totally different and we'll get into that heavily this evening.
0:53.0	But Congress will pass this resolution that the United States doesn't buy any more oil from
1:01.3	Putin for the time being. Putin sends about it 672,000 barrels a day to America. That's about
1:10.7	8% of our entire supply. We'll be able to make that up. OPEC and some other producers as well
1:18.0	as ramping up U.S. oil production, which is of course where Biden fell down. Right now,
1:27.1	the American boycott of Russian oil is not going to hurt Putin all that much. He'll sell it
1:34.2	elsewhere. But he has to sell it at a discount because he's got that oil already earmarked
1:40.8	for our shores and it's not coming here. Remember, when you buy oil contracts, when any nation buys
1:48.5	them, they pay in advance for the contracts. It's not like the oil gets delivered and then you peel
1:55.2	off some bills. That's not how it works. So in the future, the near future anyway,
2:01.7	the Russian economy takes another hit. And you know that Europe is going to try to, they can't
2:07.8	boycott Russian oil entirely, but they're going to cut back. And that's a great opportunity for the
2:14.2	USA as we will discuss now. So the Biden administration is not telling the American people the truth,
2:23.2	and that's not, you know, all administrations propagandize. But the Biden administration has lifted
2:30.2	it up to a really, really high level. So now the president is telling, and he did again today,
2:36.3	the American people that, nah, these high oil prices, gas prices, it's not my fault. Putin did it.
