It's a Rules for Retrogrades Monday.

And as always, here on Rules for Retrogrades, we are blending in our analysis the culture of the world,

more like bending the culture of the world, to the one true culture, the culture of the church

in our show topic today, which is, should the U.S. have exclusively Christian leaders,

people have been asking for a little bit more general election coverage in 2024.

If you've noticed, no one cares because it's all basically fake.

It's all basically ancillary to the real pursuits of amending Western civilization,

which is to say amending Christendom, which is to say amending reconciling,

rectifying Roman Catholicism.

But there is a Catholic answer

to the question about the leaders in Western civilization

and what sort we ought to expect and look to.

And so the question dealt with recently

on a very, very famous Twitter spaces by a fellow Catholic.

I think it happened yesterday.

Should the U.S. have only Catholic leaders, or at least only Christian leaders, the answer here is an obvious one.

It's, of course.

Of course it should.
