So can you explain to us from your research and your on the ground investigation?

Where are these kids going?

What's happening to them?

Yeah.

So a quick example that I had mentioned in the hearing was that it is actually harder to

adopt a dog from a pet

shelter that is about to be eucidized than it was to sponsor one of these children.

Now, letting that sink in, letting the fact that you had to do income verification home

studies, checking to see if there's other pets in the household, that there's more requirements for that than there was to sponsor a child. It's no wonder that there are as

many children that became unaccounted for as there are. But when we were in our, we were

researching and we were speaking with different individuals and there was an individual

that was tasked on checking on the well-being of 25 unaccompanied children, he could only locate two.
