The United States Postal Service and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

For that, we turn to weeds co-host Darra Lent.

The Federal Government's COVID Experiment wasn't limited to the parts of the government tasked with COVID response.

The United States was also an employer, so federal agencies had to adjust to essential workers only,

Zoom call meetings, hand sanitizer stations, what we now call the new normal.

And as an institution, it had to respond to the changes everyone else was making in adjusting to that new normal.

Most of the federal government weathered 2020 fairly well under the circumstances.

But around late summer 2020, it became clear that at least two had very much not.
