0:48.0	The United States Postal Service and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
0:53.0	For that, we turn to weeds co-host Darra Lent.
0:56.0	The Federal Government's COVID Experiment wasn't limited to the parts of the government tasked with COVID response.
1:16.0	The United States was also an employer, so federal agencies had to adjust to essential workers only,
1:22.0	Zoom call meetings, hand sanitizer stations, what we now call the new normal.
1:27.0	And as an institution, it had to respond to the changes everyone else was making in adjusting to that new normal.
1:34.0	Most of the federal government weathered 2020 fairly well under the circumstances.
1:39.0	But around late summer 2020, it became clear that at least two had very much not.
