That's one of those surveys where the word winners sometimes is in air quotes.

Let's start with the energy industry though because shares of Devon energy up about 5% this morning after

selling a billion dollars worth of assets. This is a stock like, gosh, Taylor, like just about every energy stock. It's down over the past 12 months, but you tell me this this seems like a very methodical move by Devan Energy as opposed to panic selling.
