And today, back by popular demand, we are chatting with life coach, Stefan Lovegrove.

We talked to Stefan about growing up in what he considers a cult,

about how getting kicked out of his home at an early age ended up being the

biggest blessing of his life and how Stefan got into life coaching. But first, yeah, we had a big

weekend this weekend here in Denver. The MLB All-Star weekend here in Denver, it was a good time.

Big pass weekend. Big weekend ahead. There's a lot going on. I feel like we always have quite a bit

going on. It's funny. I don't

think people really, like, our job starts on like Thursday, Friday nights. That's like our Mondays.

Exactly. So this is like our weekend. Yep. Yeah, exactly. Except I'm in Vegas. Except for like,

if you could see Blake is coming to you live from the Versace mansion. The sweet I'm in is insane guys. We'll talk a little bit more about it next week. But be humble about it. 16,000 square feet. I mean, it's not because of me. I can tell you that. 16,000 square feet. But yeah, all-star week in Denver was a blast. I mean, there was so many people in town. Yeah, where do you start? Yeah, exactly. Like, what do we do Friday? Nothing. I binged manifest all night long. I couldn't even leave the house. Eric's hooked on manifest. I, well, I binged it about a month ago already. I have two episodes left in season three. So I've watched all three seasons since Friday. In season three?

Oh. Yeah. Oh, you're further than me. Because I've been to the first two and I haven't really watched much of the third yet. Once I start, I can't stop. It's like anything. But like you were saying,

the acting is not even that good. The acting is horrible. But the storyline is so good. I can't

believe I'm still watching it, but it's like I can't turn away. And word on the storyline is so good. I can't believe I'm still watching it, but it's like I can't turn away.

And word on the street is Netflix is picking up season four and five, hopefully. Fingers crossed. I need answers now. Yeah, well, I kind of hope it doesn't get picked up because like I want a new show. But I got to have answers, man. I can't just end like that. Now, they're on Noah's Ark.

So you guys got to go check out Manifest on Netflix and NBC.

So yeah, Friday we stayed in because I was a little sick.
