All right. And welcome to the Carl Jackson show again, your daily dose of objective truth in a world of confusion and lies as we head into this Independence Day weekend. I hope that you will have a blessed weekend. I hope that you

will be thankful. We should all be thankful that we're Americans. I don't care if you're black,

white, Latino, Asian. If you have the privilege of calling yourself an American, you are

absolutely blessed. You are absolutely privileged. There's a reason why so many people

risk their lives to try to get into this country, to try to invade this country, as opposed to

Americans leaving this country. You know, even when I consider blacks in America, when I consider how our ancestors were brought to the United States of America, I sit and think, you know, as evil, as evil as slavery was.

And keep in mind, slavery was universal.

Everybody at some point in time held slaves were slave owners. As a matter of fact,

our ancestors were sold into slavery by other Africans. But I sit and think, you know, what Satan

meant for evil, God turned to good. And Carl, why are you saying that? What do you mean by that?

I mean that even though a lot of my ancestors were brought here on slave ships, the truth of the matter is there's still no better place for us to have landed than the United States of America. And for that, I'm truly grateful. It's horrific, all the suffering that many people in the past had to go through,

but thank God that is our past. This country again is the greatest country that God has ever

given man. I just want to remind you as we go into this Independence Day and I, and I actually want to

talk about the founders versus ma'am Danny and the reasons that that you should feel blessed and we should feel

privileged that we get to call ourselves an americans uh an american and why and why we should

protect that it's it's it's sacred and and it's honorable and we should protect that but i'll go

to the declaration of independence we all know the lines here but I'll just read them off just to reiterate what's happening this week and weekend as we celebrate the 249th anniversary of the United States of America. And of course, the one big beautiful bill has passed the House. By the time you see this, President Trump would have signed

that into law, making it huge wins, not just, and listen, there's some things about the bill

that I don't like. I'm sure there's some things that you don't like, but there's a lot of great

things in the bill. And more than anything, I think that the bill will provide stability for

America's economy, which is what we really need right now,

even though the jobs numbers were better than expected, as reported the June jobs numbers.
