Hussein Obama called it a moment that will define a generation. He condemned our collective

failure to make hard choices, promising bold and swift action to restore the economy. He told

the rest of the world, the U.S. is ready to lead once more.

With reference to race, he said his inauguration shows how far we have traveled. Before the ceremony

was over, aides left for the White House to prepare the new president to sit down in the

Oval Office. On our program, we'll discuss the inaugural address in the context of history and
