Welcome back my friends. This hour is going to be a special hour.

I'm going to get personal. I'm going to share some things I haven't shared before.

The first one is about one of my children.

It's a big day when your eldest graduates college.

It's especially big when your daughter has had a traumatic experience in college.

I'm very, very proud of both of our children, but our daughter, she went through the ringer.

When she was supposed to be starting her second year, there was a celebration in her school for the new year.

And in one of the student accommodations, there was a party.

You may have read what happened during that party.

There were three decks attached to the side of the building.

Despite it being college property, those decks had never been inspected when the college bought the house.

And it was a Friday. Everybody was celebrating.

And there were children on every one of those three decks.
