Yes, I'm here Sebastian and so pleased to be on your show. Thank you. Well, thank you for making time for us. We're so excited to meet the person who is at the tip of the spear helping small businesses across America. What most people don't realize if you're not a small business owner.

If you don't work for a small business is that half the population the working population of America works for small businesses. It is incredible how important they are to the light blood of our country. Could you please tell us what you and and the president and his team are doing in this incredibly this time.

We've never seen it before. He shot down the economy voluntarily. Tell us about how what your priorities are for small businesses across America.

Well, thank you Sebastian and let me just stress how pleased I am about the success this president has achieved not only in ensuring funding goes to the businesses that needed the most but that he put small businesses front and center and he asked small business administration with a cadre of 2000 executives to launch the ppp which as you know is the paycheck protection program.

So we're really excited about providing a lifeline for small businesses to endure this particular pandemic as you mentioned earlier and one of the things that shocked even me as former strategist of the president.

I know he moves at a different speed. I call it moving at the speed of Trump. But didn't you break records? I mean the billions the billions of dollars that even through special localized credit unions and others Bank of America.

But you released huge amounts of funds in just a matter of hours and a couple of days to those small businesses. I have to ask you you are right there in the small business administration.

Were you surprised that the lack of the speed with which the system reached out to help those business owners.

Sebastian when I learned that 50 billion 294 billion 350 billion was coming to SBA and that the president expected us to provide all of the funding as it relates to coordinating with the banks as well as a disaster loan portfolio that we have.

And I looked at the infrastructure that we we have and and let me just a caveat to that is that we've done 14 years worth of loan processing in 14 days.

Wow.

The amazing team that we have an SBA and remember all of them for the most part are teleworking like all other businesses are experiencing.
