Growing up gay in a small southern town, I was lucky to have a wonderful and accepting family.

I always struggled with the idea that I might not be able to discuss my personal life at work.

Imagine my surprise when I was taking my oath at CIA, and I noticed a rainbow on

then-director Brennan's Lanyard, which I later learned was designed by Angle, one of the

many employee resource groups here at the agency. I remember being stunned. Since then, however,

I've learned that far beyond the resource groups, inclusion is the core value here.

Officers from the top-down work hard to ensure that every single person,

whatever their gender, gender identity, race, disability, or sexual orientation can bring their entire

self to work every day. They're not giving up, guys. They even have a YouTube channel, the CIA,

believe it or not. I felt like it's spying. Did they do spying? The CIA has a monetized YouTube channel

for productions like that where they highlight their homosexual librarians with their nose rings.

Eric, I need you to look at why he's got a massive key around his neck on a chain. Is that

a symbol of something I need you to do somewhere? He's got an old-fashioned big key dangling from his

necklace. It's supercurely along with his nose ring. I'm just curious, what are

enemies think about the cis-gender single mother who can change a diaper with one hand and then

the gay librarians at Langley? But here's my question to you, dear list. As I'm Sebastian Gorker,

this is America first. Do they believe it? Do they actually believe what they're saying?

Or do they think that this is what they have to say? Or is it like corporate America that just wants to

demonstrate how woke they are so nobody will sue them? Which is it? Let's own a little pole of our
