Hey Sebastian I just had a question I haven't heard anybody talk about this really and that is with the spread of the coronavirus we see an all sorts of like global maps that shows that it's gone across America coast to coast and all over Europe and and every place else but it seems like in China

that come the country of origin it seemed to be pretty much restricted to that one original area how come the rest of China really has not been affected by this virus I just I haven't heard anybody come up with an explanation great great question my first things first Jeff you got to be super careful with anything that comes out of China so the idea that certain parts of China don't have the coronavirus according to who the China is.

But you're right it looks almost exclusively the preponderance of infections is in this massive Wuhan province and I'll tell you why because we know this you can read the article I did for a daily signal last week we're going to reprinted on my website the Chinese authorities once they knew there was a problem they limited internal travel they basically shot down that province to domestic travel but what they didn't do and Wuhan is such a lot of things.

Wuhan is such a large center of you know population center it has direct flights across the world to expat Chinese communities especially in Europe and elsewhere they willfully decided to allow international travel out of Wuhan and this coincided with the Chinese New Year which meant a lot of expats a lot of people who are visiting their relatives in the textile industry in northern Italy for example took the virus out of the country.

So that's why we're talking about this potentially as a form of germ war warfare if you will if China knew at the time and then restricted domestic travel but allowed international travel that is a strategic decision.

So Jeff it's because of the decisions of Beijing to allow international travel.
