So first things first, let's start with the calamity against the Electoral College and respond to the accusation that this strange concept, designed by our founding fathers, is just a radic of slavery.

No, it's not true. And the funny thing is, I never used to hear that. I've been defending the Electoral College for 20 years just about.

And this used to never come up. It comes up all the time now in the past couple of years. But I figure, look, if you want to tear down an institution and replace it with something else, you've got to demonize the one that's there, right?
