Well, it's absolutely brilliant because we're all standing in Parliament where the weather is playing its part because of course being Britain, you couldn't have a celebration with that a little bit of rain.

So it's raining a little bit but for the confidence is high. People are so excited they've been tricky champagne, popping cakes, some of them are insisting on English sparkling wine.
