That's a little bit vague. You're going to have to be a little bit more specific to be. Just waiting wise and, you know, we need good reporting here.

You haven't heard a lot about blatant lies. I just a prank call Toby. No sir.

So are you seriously saying that as a conservative you haven't heard a lot of complaints about the media from conservatives like myself and the president in the last three and a half years? I mean, seriously, I mean, have you been in a cave?

I haven't heard a lot of finding the major networks for violating the Constitution.

It's not illegal to lie. You know that right? It's not unconstitutional to lie.

If it were, a lot of husbands would be imprisoned right now.

Well, Toby, are you trying to prank me or are you being serious?

I think in the Constitution, it was free and open press for that reason. We don't have to search so far and wide to get quality information.

Right, but it's not, but it's not a crime to lie. What is a, what, what you can get persecuted what you can get prosecuted for.

And this is why CNN just caved with the incredible case brought by the Covington school child who was knowingly knowingly lied about the what you have to prove in US law and it's really problematic.

We have some of the toughest libel laws in the world. You can only win damages against a press organ or a public individual for besmirching you.

If you can demonstrate at the time that they said something about you that was wrong, that was damaging, that they knew it was a lie, which is an incredibly high level.

Right. It's not, you know, that you have to prove that they had the full facts and they deliberately distorted it. So Toby, it's a little bit more complicated than that.

But yes, I think the president's right and maybe this is what you're getting at. We have to have a ground up review of our libel laws in America.

We need to have something a little bit closer to the UK where if you, if you just say something that's really scurrilous about the reputation of somebody else unfoundedly, you can get a lot of damages.
