There's suggesting impeaching the president over speech that many of us called reckless. But it's a type of vicarious impeachment in the sense that he doesn't call for violence in the speech.

He in fact tells his followers to be peaceful. He says the reason they should go to the Capitol is to support members who are challenging the election and to encourage other members to join them.

So the speech itself would not need any definition as a criminal matter of incitement.

But it doesn't matter, my dear friends, that is liberal, legal, professor, Jonathan Turley stating there is no criminal argument to be made.

But as we speak now, the afternoon of January the 11th, nine days from the inauguration of the 46th president of the United States,

the speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is preparing to submit one article of impeachment allegedly for incitement.

Incitement to do what? Incitement to march peacefully? You're being gaslit. You are being told that what you see with your own eyes, what you hear with your own ears, isn't real, didn't happen.

Well, we will not let them get away with it. Here we have multiple, multiple pieces of evidence that could be used in the court of law.
