We're all doing a million things at once now and sometimes it feels like our creative brains are running off of the fumes of endless meetings and emails.

So when you're feeling burnt out from all the non-creative work that goes into you being a creative

person, what do you do?

Where do you turn for a boost of inspiration and energy?

I'm a huge proponent of self-care, so when things simply become too much, I get really comfortable

at home, do some Reiki, and try to decompress. I'll also try and read something strictly unrelated to work,

something that's like just for fun for me.

Wild as that sounds.

I also love popping into a museum and staring at a bunch of beautiful artwork.

It's so refreshing after so many long days staring at a computer screen.

My boyfriend Galen and I actually took some pottery classes a few months ago.

It was a while back. I think it was like my Christmas gift.
