Hi guys, it's just me right now. I'm just hopping on to do a little bit of an intro before

we begin the interview with the incomparable Amber Filler up. She has been at the top of my wish list

for the podcast since since starting the podcast honestly and I was so excited when we got this

scheduled and I just I can't even say how delightful she is. I mean she just she waltzed in like a

like a wood nymph. I don't even know how to describe her. She's just she's warm and kind and fun

and I absolutely loved getting to sit down with her and if anybody listening don't don't know

doesn't know who Amber is. She started off as kind of the original blogger. She was the very first

blogger that I ever that I ever knew about her followed kind of blogger turned influencer and

now she owns BFB Hair which is an extension sign which I purchased twice. I have two sets of

them. It's incredible. She owns Day Hair which is a killer hair product line that you can buy

at Sephora. I own every single product. I'm just I'm such a fan of her. She's a style and hair

icon and an incredible mother of four kids and I just adore her. I am mainly hopping on here for

an intro because I do want to give a little disclaimer before anybody starts this episode. There

is a chunk of the episode. I just relistened to it. I believe it starts around nine or ten minutes

where Amber and I both discuss some of our experiences growing up more men or LDS and we discuss

some positives. We also discuss some negatives and if that is a sensitive topic for you or if it's

not something that you want to hear I totally understand if you want to skip this episode. I just

I don't want anybody to be caught off guard and just turn the episode on and be like, well you gave

us absolutely no warning that you were going to go there. I so I I mentioned this few weeks ago that
