If you're going to put AI to work in your team, you need to observe it, you need to be able

to inspect it, you need to understand what tools is it using, you need to understand why is

it reasoning in that way.

It's almost like the IT version of HR, where you might have an HR person or a manager

checking in on your performance,

and in the same way you have these tools, these technologies that are going to be checking in on the agents

to figure out if they're doing what they're supposed to be doing,

and they're not off at the bar drinking at 4 in the afternoon, right?
