So welcome back to the show, Dave. Hey, thanks so much for having me, Joanna. Oh, I'm excited to talk

to you today. Now, we did a couple of years, more than a couple of years ago.

2018, you were on the show. We talked about your backstory, so we're not going to go into that

today. But I wanted to start, before we get into some details, have a bit of a wide overview

of the industry, because you and I have been doing this for probably over a decade.
