1:01.0	Amazon MGM announced that they have entered a definitive merger agreement and this was kind of off the heels of the recent discovery acquisition of Warner Media and also of reports that Amazon and
1:17.2	MGM had been talks to have this acquisition about last week and back then it was reported that the deal was for about $9 billion, so not far off from that.
