Hey everybody, what's going on Rob Sesternino back to talk about the amazing race 34 episode seven and very excited to talk about it here with our chief.

Amazing race correspondent she puts the fun and fun employed it's suggest a least. How are you?

I'm doing great Rob. I'm just going to stay cool, call him cute and collected.

Yes, you got to you got to. Okay. All right. So hopefully everybody out here is pumped up for an amazing race recap.

Sad to say Mike Bloom cannot be with us here tonight has got some people who are at his house not feeling well.

So Mike being a great dad helping to hold down the fort. So Mike will be back with us next week for talking about the next episode of the amazing race.

But just fun one to talk about even though sad to see Glenda and Lamumba go out.

I'm really going to miss them Rob. I don't know. I don't know what this race looks like without them and honestly.

This is a cast full of very positive people like I feel like there's a lot of really really good energy.

Yeah, and I feel like two weeks in a row we have lost really really upbeat positive teams.

Yeah, this was a very well cast season of the amazing race.

And so they have made it very fun. Even though I think that maybe some of the tasks weren't super exciting this week.
