1:16.7	particularly among the young and among men. It's a story many in America are used to. A stunning 550 people were murdered in
1:25.5	Chicago last year. That's far more than in London where 134 people were
1:30.6	killed last year. The difference though is that Chicago's rate is
1:34.9	going in the right direction. It's going down from a peak in 2016. Whereas
1:40.2	murder here in England is rising.
