signs of slowing down and while the Chinese impose severe

quarantine restrictions the disease makes it onto the cover of Time magazine

as posing a major challenge to the government of President Xi Jing Ping.

Today, as the UK confirms its third case of the coronavirus infection,

the Chinese ambassador there had this message for Britain and the world.

It is of hope that the governments of all countries, including the UK, should understand and support China's efforts.

Respect the professional advice of WHO.

Avoid overreaction, avoid creating panic and ensure the normal cooperation and exchanges

between countries.

So with China a bit on defensive there, just how dangerous is this threat.
