Venezuela's Juan Guido says the time has now come for Nicholas Maduro's reign to end, and Maduro's

government says an attempted coup is underway.

In an early morning video posted to his Twitter account,

the National Assembly leader appeared alongside men dressed

in military uniform and declared the beginning

of the final phase of Operation Freedom.

And later he spoke at a rally.
