President Trump is kicking off the week in what's become a bit of signature in

his foreign policy. Ann announcing a crisis, threatening

punishment, declaring victory. In a new deal Mexico is pledging a robust effort to

stop the flow of Central American migrants. It's taken a whirlwind of

threats and talks between what are after all North American allies. It all

started right here in London when during his state visit to the United Kingdom the President

took aim at migration with a trade weapon warning Mexico that if it didn't stop

Central American migrants he had slap on tariffs of up to 25% on imported goods.

A move even his own fellow Republicans couldn't stomach.
