One of our Darin Daily subscribers asked me to address this question, quote, I'm experiencing

some people in my business giving up too soon and go back to the corporate bosom.

What do I do to convince them to stay and not give up?

Well, in short, you can't.

Everybody makes their own choices and then their choices make them.

You cannot want success more than they want it for themselves.

You see, they are the captain of their own ship.

You can only encourage them from the shore.

As an aside, here's the reality.

We are all entrepreneurs whether we collect a 1099 or a W2.

Ultimately, we are all self-directed, independent and self-responsible for our lives.

Nobody or no company takes care of you but you.

You are the entrepreneur and the CEO of your life, no matter who pays you money, an employer

or a client.

The other reality is this, being employed is not the safer route.

Many people think that it is too risky to be an entrepreneur.

Frankly, I think being dependent on someone else's good favor, which can run out anytime

on their whim and relying on their good business decisions for your security and the security
