This is an AM-ish bill, a DNC quick and dirty dissection.

If the theme of the Republican National Convention last week was a world of chaos

and the execution of the Republican National Convention was the same,

the Democrats countered with a dynamic and multi-pronged attack.

Well, if the guy you're attacking is Donald Trump, there's a lot to work with.

There were funny videos that mocked Trump.

There were in-your-face videos that made you empathize with Trump, you victims.

There was a woman in a wheelchair who shamed the Republican nominee for mocking a disabled reporter.

But the greatest singer of the night was aimed not at the Tangerine Visaged developer,

but the Bernie die-hard and it was delivered by a Bernie supporter herself, Sarah Silverman.

That show that the night did not go totally swimmingly.

Silverman was vamping to make room for Paul Simon, who showed us why he's a great songwriter

and his erstwhile partner Art Garfunkel was a great song singer.

Simon sang Bridge Over Troubled Water, which hinted at the evening's final speaker.

It was a bridge because Bernie Sanders did reach out to his disaffected supporters,

and he did talk about infrastructure like bridges.

Our roads, bridges, water systems, and waste water plants.

And waste treatment plants.

But of course, as Bernie made clear, this convention is about Hillary Clinton.

This election is not about and has never been about Hillary Clinton.
