We've had some rulings from Jim Mud who somehow insinuated himself into the position of grand potentate and decision. You see that? I don't know what's going

on with Jim. Jim's getting a little big for his britches over here. He's lost 60 pounds and he's just

a different man. I don't know what's. You lost 180. You didn't run around trying to boss people around. He said that... He said that Rooster Cogburn does not count as a vigilante because he's a U.S. Marshal. Okay? What do you think about that, Ramon? I mean, you need to rule on Jim's ruling. You're the appellate court. Okay. He's the finder of fact. He's the district court. As the appellate court, you've

shoot him down on that. You say rooster copran can be a vigilante because he's played by

John Wayne. I have received several nice emails from a woman named Aisa Wayne. And I had mentioned John Wayne and told a John Wayne story a month or so ago.

And I got a very nice email.

And she said, Mr. Berry, I love your show.

You always say such nice things about my dad.

He would have loved you and i should wait is this

wait who wait what so i looked through i had i don't know this emily searched through our emails

and we had over the years received emails from iisa wayne and earlier one she said she was john wayne daughter, but it was a TLDR, it was, you know, buried in the fourth paragraph and I hadn't seen it because people write, you know, you always want to lead with what's most important.

Well, she didn't lead with that.

And she was in L.A.

And it made sense because she's been in some movies.

And so I sent back and I said, Aisa, I just discovered you once wrote to me, you wrote to me, you've written to me four or five times, and I didn't realize you were John Wayne's daughter. I wish you'd mentioned that in the opening line. Thank you for that. I was like everybody else, a fan of John Wayne. Obviously, I didn't know him. You still live in L.A. and she said, no, I live in Nashville. So I guess she still does some acting and she's a lawyer, although she is now retired from practicing law. Anyway, the reason I told that story is I want to, in some way, in your mind mind plant Michael Berry and John Wayne in a very

kind of amorphous way and leave you thinking, oh, Michael and John Wayne were buddies.
